Making an order on the
www.mababy.ro site represents your agreement with the terms and conditions on
this page.
Order on site:
To buy products from
www.mababy.ro you need to register using a valid e-mail address. You can
register using the My Account button located at the top right. Filling in the
online account registration form implies the understanding of the Privacy
Policy presented on this site.
Once you've found the product you
want, click the ADD TO CART button on the product page or in the category
lists. The product is added in that moment to your shopping cart. You can
repeat this operation with any other product in the offer. By clicking on the SHOPPING
CART button you will be able to view all the products you have selected for
purchase. From this page you can change the quantity you want on each product
or you can drop some products. When you have decided on your order and you are
sure that you no longer need to change the quantities or products, click the ORDER button on the COS BUYING
page. Continue the steps until the order is completed.
The conclusion of the
sale-purchase contract takes place at the time of the issue of the tax invoice
(this document takes place according to the Romanian legislation) and not the
placement of the order or the sending of the confirmation of receipt of the
order by e-mail (or other means of communication).

Price
Product prices are shown for each
item. All prices presented on the site are expressed in Lei (RON) and include
VAT (19%).

carry out any and all promotional campaigns related to the products displayed
on the site, promotions whose conditions will be fully established by
www.mababy.ro and will be made known to users and potential clients through the
information displayed in the page dedicated to these promotions, but also other
advertising means deemed appropriate.
Payment methods

In the case of the clients who
chose the payment method "Banking", the tax invoices will be issued
only after the bank has confirmed the payment.
Deliver the products and costs involved
Regardless of the chosen payment
method, the delivery of the products will be done through Fan Courier with the
following delivery costs
National rates
RON 15.00 for the first kg /
destination + RON 1.20 for each additional kg
Loco rates
RON 10.00 for the first kg /
destination + RON 1.20 / for each additional kg
The prices presented do not
include VAT (19%)
Access full list of locations
covered in Romania by Fan Courier services. Please check this list before
placing an order. For any other destination not listed, you may charge RON 0.80
per kilometer for shipments outside the FAN Courier network in one sense.
Returning Products (Withdrawal from the Contract)
According to the Romanian
legislation in force, the waiver of purchase by unilateral denunciation of the
contract is only applicable to consumer customers.
The consumer has the right to
notify in writing, using the form provided here, that he wishes to withdraw from the contract
(give up purchase), without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14
working days of receiving the product or, in the case of supplies services,
from the conclusion of the contract.
Returned products must be in the
same condition as they were delivered (with all the accessories that
accompanied it, without any physical changes, blows, scratches, etc.). The
direct return costs of the products will be borne by the customer and the reimbursement
of the counter value will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of
the denunciation signed in the original together with the products refused at Bucharest,
